My name is Brian Lee Adams.

I am a content creator and video marketing director with expertise in graphic design, video, and photography.

Work History:

While working as the creative director and as an affiliate marketing manager for SmartADV from 2019-2020, I was responsible for designing email and display creatives and ensuring that all creatives and promotional methodologies maintain full compliance. Before starting at SmartADV, I was the media marketing manager for GrantWatch from 2018-2019. I was responsible for all video and media marketing material. Due to my efforts, the social media networks grew over 200%, while building and re-branding their crowdfunding website YouHelp.com. As the lead media specialist at Treatment Management Company I presided over the social media marketing campaigns, along with producing videos and photography for all websites and social media pages. Utilizing paid ad accounts and organic strategies in our national social media marketing campaigns resulting in a 300% and up to 1200% growth on all 20 social media pages for their facilities in 4 states. Also responsible for creating original daily videos, national television commercials campaigns, radio commercials, and website SEO. In July 2015 I started my own design and photography business called Concepts Media Company, offering my video production, website design, photography, and social media management skills. Before that in 2011 I partnered in a event video production company called One Concept Weddings. While media director for OCW, I directed and edited over 100 event videos. Subcontracted my film and photography services from 2009 through 2011 to Voacam Studios, filming web commercials for top female golfer Ainka Sorenstam, as well as “The Black Knight”, Gary Player, and photoshoots plus web commercials for Discovery Channels Sr vs Jr American Choppers Paul Jr’s “Fist Chopper”. While interning with Soamac I designed, updated, and performed SEO for websites, to increase web ranking and traffic. In 2001 I joined the United States Navy, achieving the rank of 3rd class petty officer, where I was instrumental in the sales and service Division. As the Divisional Training Petty Officer, a member of attack team bravo, and M14 ship/pier security rover, I would routinely extend my services to Mobile Security Detachment personnel assigned to guard the Northern Arabian Gulf oil platforms. I served four years and for two tours during both Desert Shield and Operation Iraqi Freedom, on-board the aircraft carrier USS Constellation CV-64 and guidance missile cruiser USS Antietam CG-54.

As the Creative Director accustomed to accountable visual design, user interface and graphic production for the biggest advertisers and brands in the nutra, keto, cbd, dating, health and beauty, bitcoin/forex, and insurance verticals. Solid record of user engagement and click through enticement by means of innovative, concise and attractive design. As the Creative Director for Smart ADV, I was responsible for creating over 100 email and display creatives for the industries top advertisers and brands, while keeping within industry standards. Designed and coded many health and beauty supplement emailers in html/css. Creating weekly video marketing campaigns, to attract new publishers and advertisers, as well as promotion. Designed facebook and google display and video ads, for sister solar power, and life insurance companies.

As the Digital Marketing Manager for GrantWatch.com and YouHelp.com I was responsible for managing the digital content, the creation of videos and video posts. Manage paid/organic marketing campaigns on social media platforms, and raise overall website SEO plus focusing on customer growth and retention with new display content and video posts.

Treatment Management Company – Lead Media Specialist

As the Lead Media Specialist for TMBH, I was in charge of their 20+ social media pages, and the media department. I created original videos twice a day and over 15 new video campaigns, marketing them on all social media pages. On a weekly basis I would stage an indoor photoshoot in our studio, or on location shoots to update the websites and create daily original content. along with creating television commercials, and radio campaigns. My overall marketing strategy resulted in a 300% to 1200% growth on all social media pages.
